They are also free of unnecessary fillers and other agents, such as compounds that are usually added to help reduce costs. May be thinned with water or various mediums.

Extra Light Red Ochre – American Journey Artists’ Acrylic, Flesh Ochre, has a pink masstone with a blue undertone which is an excellent medium for portrait paintings and may be used as a ground for fair skin or as a highlight for darker skin.
