Winsor & Newton Drawing Inks are dye-based, fast-drying, water resistant, transparent, and instantly recognizable by their classic packaging. Formulated with a shellac solution, they can be applied with brush, dip pen, or airbrush. The iconic bottles feature a wider bottom for stability while dipping. All the colors are intermixable, easy to overlay other colors, and dilute with water. They are widely used by illustrators, designers, calligraphers, and artists.

Please note that dye-based colored inks, while exceptionally brilliant, are fugitive and should be protected from bright light. These inks are best used for illustration and design purposes rather than finished art works.
